Directed and designed responsive web application that combined multiple consumer sites, client sites, and secure claims application into one unified responsive experience. Conducted stakeholder, user, and competitive research, facilitated workshops, and led usability tests with internal SMEs, insurance agents, and end-consumers.
Streamlined communication and increased project efficiency by delivering content structure, storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes to client engineers and analysts.
