I guess the trick is to not let these small, but important tasks, take over your day or disappear all together. I completely agree about being in balance. That's certainly the challenge. I can find many of the same tactics that Muhtar Kent uses in my daily routine...he seems to be able to do them faster than I can though haha. The biggest point I took away from this post was "Balance". Balancing success with continued hard work will keep you focused. Balancing work with relationships keeps you human.
