What I found really interesting is how Muhtar Kent can step away from the intensity of his job to perform these focusing tasks and, as you said, how fast he can do them. I guess the trick is to not let these small, but important tasks, take over your day or disappear all together. I completely agree about being in balance. That&#039;s certainly the challenge.

Another thought provoking post. It&#039;s great to hear HOW the big guns go about their business.  I can find many of the same tactics that Muhtar Kent uses in my daily routine...he seems to be able to do them faster than I can though haha. 

The biggest point I took away from this post was &quot;Balance&quot;.  Balancing success with continued hard work will keep you focused. Balancing work with relationships keeps you human.  Everything&#039;s vitally important...to a point.
