Brandon,

I'm right there with you. My first reaction was about the same but the more I thought about it, the more I realized it was great unintentional marketing. Besides, there's not much else to do on the drive from Pittsburgh to Fort Lauderdale except think. :)

Thanks for the comment.

You know what's funny is that I see signs like this all the time and think about how they should catch up with the times, but I think you've pointed out some really great principles! Nice article. Now... gotta go by some rocks or something...

E.

Thanks for such a wonderful comment. I'm really glad you found the post so helpful. It's always an interesting challenge to figure out your audience, brand and message, but well worth the effort.

Thanks again.

Greetings from another side of the globe! I am lucky enough to browse around twitter few minutes ago that miracle later found your link to be motivational.
On reading about finding the right audience and visual target it hits me of pondering how are we supposed to appreciate things around, sometimes it takes more than pretty look or catchy words. In my personal experience I've always thought my Wow Factors were of those with pretty pictures (i'm interested with visuals) and then the message comes later, or personal intrepetation- which I found that to be a blind search, or empty appreciation. This is such a long writing since I'm glad that finally I found something I'd love to digest visually with literal writings. Will be watching this space. Kudos, and thank you.
